Based on total purchase price (or total weight) of your order. Some heavy items may require additional charges. ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO ORDERS
We can only ship orders via express service to these locations. Excludes restricted products, and products with long lead times. Please call Customer Service at 631-940-1030 for shipping rates and to place orders for items with long lead times.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian shipments require special shipping and handling. No shipping total will display at checkout. Customer Service will contact you via email or phone with your shipping total and to confirm your order within two business days. You may also call 631-940-1030 for assistance with your order.
SPLIT SHIPPING ORDERS
You can choose to send contents of your order to more than one location during checkout. Shipping and handling charges, and any restrictions above, are based on the products sent to each location.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 14-21 business days (or 2-3 weeks) after they are received. Saturday delivery is not available if expedited shipping is required. Shipping may take longer during the holiday season and/or unforeseen national emergencies, such as pandemic restrictions.

RETURN POLICY
We value our customers and are committed to providing the finest quality wireless leak detection products supported by exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of your product purchase you are dissatisfied with your leak detection product(s), please contact us and we will be happy to help you with a replacement or refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT
All claims for damaged or missing product must be reported within 5 days of receipt by calling 631-940-1030. If damage appears to be a result of shipping, please retain packing materials for carrier’s inspection and call PEPCO Detection for instructions. No items will be accepted for credit or replacement unless a claim has been made within 5 days of receipt of product.
